Rock N Roll Sushi, a brand founded in Mobile, Alabama, in 2010, has recently achieved a significant milestone. Through a representative area agreement, they have signed a special 35-location deal with Rock N Development, owned by Andrew and Terri Jessen, Craig, and Dianne LeMieux, and John and Katerina Weissfisch. This agreement covers locations on the Central and Southwest Florida coasts and some on the east coast, extending from West Palm Beach to Daytona Beach and Orlando and even as far south as Tampa, Fort Myers, and Naples. The team behind Rock N Roll Sushi is thrilled to bring their unique sushi flavor to these cities later this year and is proud to be associated with such a successful venture.
With their signature dishes such as the Crispy Wontons, Punk Rock Roll, and VIP Roll, diners will be treated to a one-of-a-kind dining experience with the TV playing music videos and Rock N Roll-themed sushi rolls.
Rock N Roll Sushi is thrilled to announce that Kramolis and Weissfisch have joined their team as multi-unit franchisees, with plans to expand the brand’s footprint in Florida. The new development portion of ARA includes seeking out more franchisees to open their locations, further expanding the brand. With a passionate enthusiasm for the brand, Kramolis and Weissfisch are excited to bring the unique Rock N Roll sushi experience to more Floridians.
They have extensive experience as former auto industry executives, multi-unit restaurant owners and operators of Tropical Smoothie Café and Island Wing Co., and co-owners of 15 Tropical Smoothie Cafes in multiple states, for which they won the Area Developer of the Year award twice. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, Rock N Roll Sushi looks forward to new opportunities to grow with Kramolis and Weissfisch at the helm.
Jessen proudly states that this fun, laid-back concept will appeal to people of all backgrounds. They are excited to have the support of experienced area developers like the LeMieuxs and full-service restaurant operators like the Weissfischs as they expand their brand in Florida.

With the extraordinary team effort put forth by entrepreneurs Andrew and Terri Jessen, Craig and Dianne LeMieux, and John and Katerina Weissfisch, Rock N Roll Sushi is expanding its signature brand of culinary artistry to 35 locations across central and southwest Florida — bringing delectable dishes such as the Crispy Wontons and VIP Roll straight to diners’ tables. Boasting a hip ambiance with tunes playing and Rock N Roll-themed sushi, the addition of new franchisee partners Kramolis and Weissfisch, along with franchisee open houses, will see this unique brand reach more families throughout Florida and beyond.
