Camp Vitamin C is the perfect place to nurture excited and enthusiastic kids! Workouts at the Gym with a Twist!
Our classes are not your average gym workouts! We offer exciting and enthusiastic exercises that challenge and engage the whole body. We also do yoga poses and activities with partners that help build teamwork, cooperation, communication skills, and problem-solving methods. This approach to fitness makes for an enjoyable learning atmosphere where everyone is excited to get moving. We’re excited and enthusiastic about teaching mindfulness techniques to kids. Deep breathing exercises are efficient for them to be more aware of their bodies and how they’re feeling at any given moment. It helps them develop new skills for recognizing, managing, and responding to stress healthily, which is essential for living a balanced life. In addition, these mindfulness techniques help children positively express emotions and learn self-compassion. As kids become more mindful, their concentration and self-confidence will improve, giving them access to greater happiness.
At the end of each session, we reflect on what we’ve learned. It will help us set goals for the next session, which gives children something to work towards while reinforcing what they’ve already learned.
